Hooked from the start. This is a book with a story line. Whilst it does not end on a cliff hanger it does have me wanting, what I'm sure will be a book 2 .

A really excellent Maria romance from someone who has read hundreds and is bored of the same plot being introduced. Really keen to listen to the next two. Excellent character development although the FMC is a bit frustrating with her lack of willingness to advocate for herself. Definitely recommended.
