Attending King University was at the top of my bucket list. Falling in love with my professor wasn't.

Earning a full scholarship to King University was my hard-earned ticket out of hell. I'm happy to be away from the small town I grew up in and all the equally small-minded people who live there.

King was going to be my safe haven. A place where I could leave the old me behind and finally grow into the young man my family had desperately tried to hide away.

Diving head first into new experiences, new friends, and parties, I didn't expect to run straight into the one thing I wasn't ready for.

His arms are welcoming, his body is addictive and his lips are heaven. Cole Huxley is everything I could fall in love with, except for one problem...I never wanted to fall for my professor.

Contains mature themes.

The book was good, however I just couldn't connect with the characters. Cole sounds like the fantasy hot guy but he just lacked personality. The whole story is based on Professor and Student affair trying to keep it discreet. It touches on a little depth into the characters bit just not enough for me. I definitely preferred Without you.

Good but no depth.

Oh my! Where do i start! I wasn't too sure to be honest with the college student and professor. I'm not put off one bit with a 13 yr age difference, I just wasn't sure how I'd feel about him being an 18/19 year old and I was dreading seeing any immaturity in Elijah's character. Thankfully, this wasn't the case at any point. The story was told in such an amazingly, beautiful and tasteful way. You could Feel the genuine love and respect they had for one another. No silly immature game play in this at all. Just straight up pure love and devotion. Narrated by 2 of my favourites, Aiden Snow who's voice just tops everyone when it comes to projecting pure guttural sexual emotion *Swoon* and Cooper North...The perfect voice for Elijah. A grown up innocence. Wothout a doubt, the perfect duo.
I absolutely loved this book and will absolutely be reading it again in the very near future. Purely for the good feelings it exubes.

Narrration perfectly done as you would expect with these incredible narrators. But….. I listen / read to a lot of age gap/ power dynamics but 18!!!!! I loved it because I remembered it was fiction and added a few years to Eli in my mind. But why 18 if this was a movie we would be questionable. There’s a great place for age gap in this genre but I was uncomfortable.

I really loved it
