Follow Max as he is kidnapped from Earth and placed in multiple life-or-death situations on a new world.

With monsters, magic, swords, and Gods, the world of Nava is anything but normal. How will the once-average young man survive as his newfound title of Lost Lord makes him a target for assassins and terrorist organizations?

Max’s new home is governed by the strong and over-encompassing System that regulates the world. Whether someone is a [Farmer], [Warrior], or a [Grand Magus], classes and abilities allow some to prosper while others fail.

How do non-combative citizens live when monster attacks are a daily occurrence? They rely on people like Max, people who put aside their own safety to end threats before they can grow into true monsters.

But what happens when the monster is a fellow human? An elf? Or even a vile God?

Join Max as he makes friends, learns magic, and takes more than a few lives. Will he prosper and thrive? Or will he fail to adapt to his new home of Nava?

The audible in my opinion is the better of the two story wise and I'm enjoying the narration I'm just annoyed at the incongruity as I like to actually read when I can, however I've found when I'm trying link my position back up to the book (while still a good story) phrases are changed and it lacks a little something the audible has, almost like you're getting the same meal but the one represented here is slightly better seasoned

It would be excellent except the book and audible don't match

Very good I liked the pace and the magic element are like most litrpg but honestly I like it that way. I like all mage stories so maybe slightly biased but over will be getting book 2.

Good very happy

I really enjoyed this book. I listened to it on a whim while I was waiting for another litrpg audiobook to drop but I have ended up buying book 2 immediately after finishing and I have put the other book on hold till I finish this story now.

Great story

Lacks a sense of danager, adventure, mystery. Everything is explained for you rather than experienced through the characters actions. A long journey is a single sentence. Giving a sense of skip button being pressed. Others times an event is in progress and it jumps to something else with the same character.

It feels like a forced slog to get to the end of the book.

Disjointed experience

It is good a bit repetitive from time to time but otherwise good. OPmc doesn't feel like he is struggling to hard most of the time. Some moments feel a bit anticlimactic.
