CHASING DEATH

The cartel has Paola in their sights.

They know where she is and they're coming for her.

Carver has no idea where she is. He's tried contacting her and she's not answering. She might already be captured. She might already be dead.

He gets a lead on her last location and it's the last place he expected her to go. It's also the last place he ever wants to visit again, but he has no choice.

He soon finds out that there's a dangerous bounty hunter on Paola's tail. A man with powerful connections. A man who's hunting down not just Paola, but all the women who were sex trafficked by Jasper Whittaker.

Carver soon finds out that federal agencies and the shadow organization, Enigma, are involved. And they're willing to throw everything they can at him.

And that's fine. Just fine.

Carver never let the possibility of dying scare him off before and he never will. He's a bull charging at a dead run after one of the few people he cares about in this life.

And anyone who gets in the way is going to find that out the hard way.

It was a good storyline with familiar characters. Nice interaction and really well thought out pay back. My only dislike was it did not seem fast enough. In parts of the nine action, which is necessary, it was a little and rudging. Even with that said it is a worthy read overall.

The characters are good but there is an over-reliance on the narrator for identification - the dialogue should identify the character speaking, the over accented voices and graven summation of potential dangers take from the plot, and underestimate the listeners ability to follow the unfolding story.

Less is more.

The plot and narrator brilliant. A real page turner. I can't wait for the next installment.
