The first-ever special edition of the New York Times bestselling Wings of Fire series soars back in time to the origin of Pyrrhia's most dangerous dragon: Darkstalker.

Three dragons. One unavoidable, unpredictable destiny. This is the beginning... of the end.

In the SeaWing kingdom, a young prince learns he is an animus - capable of wonderful magic that comes with a terrible price.

In the mind of a NightWing dragonet, a thousand futures unfold - and almost all of them, she knows, lead to disaster and destruction.

And under three full moons and the watchful eyes of his NightWing mother and IceWing father, the most powerful dragon Pyrhhia will ever know is clawing his way out of his egg. Darkstalker, the dragon who will change the world forever.Long before the SandWing war, lifetimes before the Dragonet Prophecy... darkness is born.

This was an amazing add on to the great series of wings of fire. It has great description and some jokes. But, it was hugely exciting!

Really good listen

Ive read wings of fire books every night for around 6 years now, and darkstalker legends is definitely my favourite. I love the three POVS alternating in the story and how it lets us know more about how each dragon is feeling. I also absolutey adore some of the details in this book that make sense once you’ve finished the rest of the series, like darkstalker saying the only way he would have time to study multiple futures like clearsight would be if he was trapped underground with nothing else to do. The story is so tragic and even though it makes me cry I love it so much, I adore this series and would 10000% recommend! The writing, pacing, plot and everything about this book is literally top tier.

Amazing book
