Özet

Brought to you by Penguin.

Written by number one New York Times best-selling author Marieke Nijkamp, Critical Role: Vox Machina - Kith & Kin follows a brand-new story, featuring the cunning ranger Vex'ahlia and the conning rogue Vax'ildan (and, of course, Trinket) years before they meet Vox Machina.

After leaving the unwelcoming refuge of Syngorn, the twins become entangled in a web spun by the Clasp, and for the first time Vex and Vax find themselves on opposite sides of a conflict that threatens the home they have carried with each other for years.

The actors did a great job. I really hope there's going to be more of this stuff!

After going back and finishing campaign one recently this was perfect for me to dip into.
From campaign 1 to this there is perfect overlap and despite being finished so long ago you would never know; Laura and Liam did an amazing job!
Although it’s a treat for critters I can easily see your average fantasy enjoyer following along and enjoying it regardless of how little they know of the lore.
And of course Robbie did a great job with the story telling and the pacing was really good.

10/10 can’t wait for the next one! :)

A perfect sub story for critical role!

A very captivating performance and compelling story. Listened throughout my working hours and my shifts flew by.
If youbare familiar with the setting and characters from other critical role material then this is definitely perfect for you. However does allow a lot of room for new comers too. Albiet a little more difficult I can imagine.

Fantastic For Existing Critical Role Fans

Robbie Daymond was the perfect choice for the narrator! His smooth, warm, and soothing voice as a narrator was a joy to listen and his voices for other characters were expressive and full of personality. Adding Liam and Laura to reprise their roles as the twins was brilliant and it made their characters come to life from the pages. This was such a treat to the ears and the heart!

Read to perfection

I’m fairly new to Critical Role but absolutely loved this audio book, well written, great insight to the twins back story, excellent performance from Robbie, Laura & Liam. I hope there are more to come!
