Can an alpha doctor really want a sheltered omega like me?

I knew I was sheltered, but I never realized how much until my father died and I was plunged into life on my own. When the new alpha of my pack wants more than I’m willing to give, I know I can’t stay. Though I barely know him, Troy’s the one I trust to take me to safety. And though the timing is horrible, I can sense that he’s my fated mate.

Being in charge of my own life is harder than I thought. And when I forget to take my heat suppressors, Troy’s right there again. I never imagined what I wanted in a mate, and now I can’t think of anything but him. Is Troy really ready to mate with me? He’s never been in a relationship and I’ve never been with anyone. Adjusting to our bond and growing family is a test neither of us is prepared for.

But my old alpha isn’t ready to give me up, even if I’ve chosen another. And my relationship growing pains are nothing compared to what could happen if the alpha gets his hands on me. I’m determined to make things work. But can Troy keep me safe from a determined alpha?

Troy is not an Alpha, so his best friend Kyler is not for him. They have always been so close, when Kyler comes of age their friendship becomes impossible. Kyler loves his best friend but only an alpha can provide for him. I like that they go against society and search for their freedom. It takes a long time to reach their destination but the journey is full of surprises and yearning. Lovely story...

This is one of my favorite series and I love how the authors kept adding stories and characters to an already amazing world. This book 4 featured another wonderful story about fated mates, in a complex plot full of action, danger, intrigue and betrayal in which, as always, love fixes everything. Of course, the rereads of this great book are better when hearing the captivating performance of Mr Dubois. This is the first book I've ever heard narrating by him but I can assure you it won't be the last. Great reading!

It was a good story and narration, but for best result i would suggest staring with the first book. Interesting characters with along road ahead of them, but you do get a happy ending.
