The long-awaited stand-alone sequel to Sons of the Blood. In this sweeping epic novel, which can be enjoyed as a completely stand-alone story or as the sequel to Sons of the Blood, the New World Rising series opens out into the pageant and power of renaissance Europe.

After years of waiting for Part Two to arrive, I was excited to finally get to listen to the further adventures of Jack Winter. This takes place 90% in Florence, and all the shenanigans that revolved around the Medici domination. At times there were a few too many characters to try and remember however it was not too much of an issue.

The ending wound me up a little i have to admit. Not because there was anything wrong with it, but just because I know it will be years before I find out how the situation pans out. Given the location of some other key plot members, you know full well that some paths are going to cross, but ..................Grr - Give me part 3 now !!!!

Another excellent Novel from the ever gripping Robyn Young

Very Enjoyable
