I was personally trained by Ben in the military so was incredibly interesting to here some of his personal back story. The content was really good reminding me of a cross between can't hurt me and Extreme ownership. Two of my favourite personal growth and leadership books. Definitely worth getting to help you go after your own personal goals.

Old or young, male or female, experienced or someone just starting out in life ?
If so, then this is a great listen or read. The books gives real life experiences of adversity and it gives you guides of how to strategically and tactically build yourself into a better individual who will achieve goals in life. Don’t be put off by the title, this is not a combat guide for prospective soldiers, it is a guide for everyone.
