Really interesting and practical account of a subject about which I was previously sceptical. Very listenable delivery too.

ABSOLUTELY phenomenal & hit the ball perfectly on the head for me!

Doesn’t finish sections for instance end of chapter 4 missing jumps to chapter 5 mid sentence!!!! What is missing??? Full of bad edits, bloopers, the reader makes loads of mistakes and says I will fix that, repeats, it is NOT BEEN EDITED! Don’t bother it is a terrible listen!
