Another excellent installment in the Jeeves and Wooster canon and a bestselling audio. The seven unabridged short stories included here begin with Jeeves' arrival to look after Bertie Wooster, and many take place in the big world of New York City. Enjoy the usual blend of chaos and hilarity read by the superb Martin Jarvis.

Martin Jarvis, winner of the first ever Talkies 'Best reader' award, is thoroughly at home with Carry On, Jeeves adding that extra sparkle to Wodehouse's witty words and extracting every nuance of humour from the characters' dialogue and the hilarious narrative.

Martin Jarvis is, of course, flawless in his reading of peerless Wodehouse.
They save the best 'till last here, listen to the end.

Wodehouse and Jarvis are a brilliant combo

Jarvis is a brilliant narrator and brings characters and story to life. My only complaint is that it’s a bit short.

Fun but short

I must confess to being rather a fan of PG Wodehouse but this is the first book by this author I felt warranted a 5* review.
The voices of all the colourful characters revolving around the hapless Bertie Woooster are brought to life by Martin Jarvis' wonderful narration. His voices tell the tales of how the poor misunderstood Bertie continues to be unwittingly involved in several sticky situatuions. Each awkward moment is beautifully and satisfactorily resolved by his man the "Inimitable Jeeves"
The stories in this set sail along leaving you wanting more.

A Humourous Classic

PG Wodehouse writes beautifully with unique and clever wit and Martin Jarvis has interpreted it wonferfully with an excellent repetoire of voices. The humour is timeless and the use of language is stunning. Prepare to laugh heartily!

The narrator makes it really song. A bally top old cove, what? Really does the characters justice.

Hilarious!
