This really does relax and calm me down and I've noticed positive changes in me. definitely worth while.

Would you listen to Build Your Self-Esteem again? Why?

I downloaded this as I had read good reviews for it here on audible. Listening to it, I had my doubts if it would work - partly due to Glenn Harrolds voice - which as other listeners have said, isn't as you might expect. It did work and I found myself feeling good the next day, and more confidant/less nervous in situations I would have found uncomfortable before.

Feeling fantastic after it, Narrator voice is very soothing, only just listened too early to tell, whether it has had an impact on my life yet. Definitely worth it.
