Finally at the end of the book there is a list of verses that describe the range of activities and emotions of the human spirit. These are designed to help you develop a working theology of your own spirit. This tool can significantly improve your marriage and your relationship with your children. The most exciting transformation through is when you become much more at peace with yourself and when you discover facets of your own nature that you did not know were there.

Beautiful, precious book. Lovely that one of the authors narrated it and you can hear the care and passion in his voice for what he's reading. I only gave three stars for the performance because the narrator's voice varies hugely in sound level - sometimes speaking loudly and then falling to barely a whisper by the end of his sentences. This makes it hard to follow and catch all he's saying. I have the kindle version too so will listen whilst reading alongside.
