Beast, the shifter king, prioritizes his people's safety above all, even when faced with a prophecy about choosing between two mates. He vows to protect his people at all costs. Belle, a non-traditional princess with curves and sarcasm, dreams of a prince and a kingdom from her storybooks. Following a cat to a mysterious tree, she questions the reality she finds herself in, hesitant to wake up from what she believes is an incredible dream.

Scar, a rugged biker, yearns for more from life despite the thrill and danger of his current lifestyle. When a tempting opportunity arises, he grapples with leaving his familiar world behind, embracing the unexpected and venturing into the unknown.

MMF Twisted (ish) Fairy tale retelling. Shifter with two mates. Through a magic looking glass! BBW Spicy, knotty, and a very growly shifter!

I loved all the clever allusions in this shortish book. I also loved the spice. 😉 There is also a bit of drama/miscommunication but all is resolved. No cliffhanger but I hope there's a few more books in the series.

I loved the narration. Crisp and clear with a touch of sweetness, just like a fairytale retelling should have.

🥵 HOT fairytale retelling

Beast has a choice to make, he has two mates but can only choose one. Who will it be Belle on Scar. Who's heart will be broken. This is a wonderful twisted tale. the characters a sarcastic and hot. the story fun and the narration excellent.
