For the last few weeks I've had a small group of beta testers poking around at something brand new I've built, telling me what's rubbish and what's brilliant, and it's been the best thing I've done all year. Some of their throwaway comments have changed what the thing actually does.
So I've been thinking about you and your podcast, and about all the advice out there that says plan it perfectly in private first. I don't agree with that at all, and I explain why, what I'd much rather you did instead, and the one small thing I want you to do today before you plan a single episode.
