The reading is a work of theatre far from being flatly read, the book was read with different voices and intonation to show each character.
The parallels with reality revolt me from my very guts.

When I was younger, Animal Farm was always taught as an allegory of communism.
Revisiting it after many years I can’t be the only person who thinks that it’s actually a prescient and accurate allegory of fake news and Brexit.

This is a great narration about the desire for true communism and its success in early days of the liberated farm; however, these days are sadly turned around to become a time of oppression lead through tyranny. It is amazing to see such a mental picture of a reality we can all see happening in our lives, in many nations from West to East. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to learn more about the intent of the heart for equality but the distortion and manipulation of this for self gain by a select few.
