Brody Caldwell, deputy sheriff and alpha of the Blood Moon, Texas pack, receives a phone call on the eve of a crucial summit between humans, shapeshifters and vampires. An assassination attempt has been made against the leader of the werewolf council. One of his brothers claims responsibility. After a series of attacks and increasing hostility from the council, Brody seeks out a former source to get answers, London Blake, the fierce and beautiful former alpha of the Austin, Texas pack.

Two years ago, London was exiled by the werewolf council for a crime she didn't commit. With her pack subject to human rights violations and the council refusing to listen, London turns to Brody to help her gather the intelligence needed to clear her name.

Someone wants them silenced. Together they will have to race against the clock to discover who is behind the attacks before they derail the paranormal peace summit.

ALPHA is part of the Blood Moon, Texas Shifters series. Sizzling hot romance. Guaranteed HEA.

I loved listening to this book I couldn't stop listening to this book, the story was written well and with depth and the characters were sensational. This story was about Brody and London', trying to find who is doing this and the chemistry between them was deliciously electric.

Loved the narration from Amber Goode.

Brody is the Alpha of the Blood Moon pack. He is protective, understanding, thoughtful and caring. London is a feisty strong female werewolf, she may have lost her place but she an Alpha in her own right.
We have action, drama, romance and suspense to keep you listening.

This is the forth in a great series by Kat Kinney and a lovely dark wolf shifter romance. It's full of action, drama, trauma, shifters, vampires, passion, love and steam, with a HEA; Brody and London make a great team, and I loved their dogs Major and Poppy.

After their father was kidnapped Brody stepped into his role as Alpha of the Blood Moon pack. But he's torn with his desire to be with London, the exiled Alpha of the North Austin pack, as alpha's can't be mates and unite their packs. Filling his dad's place also isn't easy with the tension rising after Vlad revealed vampires and the supernatural world to humans.

London had taken her father's place as the alpha of her pack until she was accused of a crime she was innocent of and exiled. She's trying to find out the truth of what had happened in her pack but with the help of the Blood Moon pack soon discovers unexpected betrayal.

The night before summit meeting between the different fractions, Brody receives a call warning him of danger and the response ends up putting his whole family in danger. Can he figure out how to save his pack and London's with her help and can they find a way to have a future together.

I really enjoyed this audiobook, with Amber Goode bringing the characters to life.

Overall it was a good Alpha Shifter romance although I thought they probably could have done a vetter job with the male voices on the audiobook or maybe had a male narrator as the story was mostly told from the male POV even though it was a dual POV. Otherwise it was fine. Didn't need to read/listen to who series as author did a good job keeping the reader up to date with where the story arc was.
