The future of the galaxy will be shaped by one battle. An alliance is at the crux of Earth’s success.

Captain Kyle Torres, now back in command of the Ichi, hand-picks his crew for their most dangerous mission yet. They scour the galaxy, searching for the home world of the Va’alen, with the hope of destroying them once and for all.

Their journey takes them to never-before-explored sectors of space, and the secrets they uncover lead to an alliance with an unexpected ally. Admiral Dassiova, recovered from his grievous wounds, fights to prove his worthiness as a leader, but the Va’alen have plans of their own. A desperate assault uncovers truths humanity never expected in the bid to bring peace and prosperity to humanity and to draw territory lines across space to last forever. Will their haste to destroy their enemy blind them to the dangers of their new alliance?

a great continued tale of the main characters from the first story when jake was nearly killed through to the battle of the Val Hallen were he takes out the hive lords great series should be made into a sifi series on TV, only one fault why call the enlisted guys sea men when in space surely it should be space mam 1st class rather than sea man 1st class
as they are in space not at sea .

allies in space

A good extension of the storyline. There are many more reveals and some of the characters are easily relatable. The bad guys our bit ones dimensional though . The narration is excellent.

This series is so full of characters you just want to get behind and support! The book as ever is very well written, with a storyline full of twists and turns. The book ended with a great finale and epic battle - as ever Brandt and Zero were fabulous, but I loved all of the characters. Really recommend

Wow - that ending!
