Aaliyah Richards has made a living writing about the way love should be. But when she meets Nathaniel Lord - business tycoon and her polar opposite - she is forced to reevaluate her beliefs.

Nathaniel seems like the perfect man, like he jumped out of the pages of her latest novel, but Aaliyah is no fool. She knows there are a million reasons why they shouldn't be together, but one undeniable fact keeps her from walking away.

I enjoyed listening to the audio version of this book. It tells the story of two people from very different backgrounds who meet and are instantly attracted to one another. It is a story that was easy to listen to. It wasn’t very long but I enjoyed listening to it. The narrator told the story well. I would recommend 😊

Enjoyable story

The narrator Leigh DeSalles is perfect for this book.

Aaliyah Richards meets Nathaniel Grayson at a book signing . Nate comes from a wealthy background, Aaliyah was born to a hard working single mom . The two of them fall in love. But Nathan has secrets.
This book ends in a cliff hanger. So looking forward to book 2.

Where do I start. I love that Aaliyah was a YA author of fantasy. I loved that she caused herself. Nathaniel was on the right track but fell short. Communication and honesty required. This one ended on a unresolved moment. This was not what I was hoping for. Now some time after the first book there is no news of a follow up. I want more.
Audio itself was nice but I wanted Nate to sound more masculine.
