A Guatemalan immigrant, two girls aging out of foster care, a business owner and grandmother and a preschool teacher are all searching for Home. Follow the faith journey of six extraordinary women as they seek to create a space called home while trying to break destructive patterns that tarnished family’s homes for generations. Rediscover the answer that all these women find in their faith as they surrender to God and find the Forgotten Door Called Home.
A lost child is haunting image, but a child who remains throughout their lives is a tragic image. A sense of home may be the key to happiness but what happens if a child never receives that key? Children learn love in their mother’s embrace so what happens to motherless children? What happens to the child who is unloved? Faith in Christ is the answer, we believe. But can faith replace the loving hand of a lost parent? Yet miracles still happen, and unloved children can learn to create a sense of home.
