There are three things that Sam Chambers knows to be fact. One, her heart is broken, two, her career is sinking, and three, she hasn’t a clue how to turn any of it around. When her new boss shakes things up at the photography company she works for, the last thing she expects is to be sent to Paris on a career changing project. Unbeknownst to Sam, the brief glimpse of a dark-haired beauty at St Pancras is about to tip her world upside down.

Anna Holland has the life she worked hard for. She’s successful, she lives in the city of love and she is in a steady relationship with a nice guy. The problem? Her nights are filled with the vision of a red-haired woman. Nothing makes sense when the woman of her dreams shows up in Paris and her office. Together, they start a journey of exquisite discovery. Is there something more to their chance meeting? The unfathomable connection between them would suggest so.

A lot of things cannot be explained, but you can still feel them. That's how it is with Sam Chambers and Anna Holland. Their paths cross, but before they finally find each other they have to endure difficult times and suffer a lot of pain.
Sensitively written with many likeable and loving characters, apart from the two MCs.
The narration was terrific! I loved the book and even more so the audiobook!

A wonderful, somewhat magical romance.

This is a lovely romance with two gorgeous main characters. The over-reaching plot arc is beautifully resolved and this book left me smiling. There is some unnecessary angst, some overused tropes and some of Alyson Root’s detailed descriptions verge into ‘telling’ territory. However, this book left me with a smile in my face.

Lillia Green’s narration is excellent. Her accents were good although there were a couple of mispronunciations (although these didn’t detract from the overall listen for me).

Finding your soul mate!

This is a touching beautiful slow burn romance that is fuelled by fate and true love. Finding the one true love can only blossom once they find each other again, and allowing oneself to trust each other. 💖
Excellent narration and a joy to listen to. 🎶

A BEAUTIFUL ROMANCE.❤

Disliked led the narration, often too fast and with not enough inflection, often felt like someone just reading.

Story ok but sometimes rambled.
