Logos Bible Study presents another masterful presentation of a how a divided kingdom will surely fall. Join Dr. Bill Creasy as he guides us across the landscape of a broken nation ruled by evil kings, the prophets who confront them, and the idolatrous worshippers who turn their backs on God. In the end, both Israel and Judah fall into captivity, and once again it seems that God’s plan of salvation has come to an end.

Mark famously tells us, "If a house is divided against itself, that house will not be able to stand", as is true in the second book of Kings. Mixing legend, folktale, history, and miracles, this text reveals that when a king acts against God, he will bring His judgment on Israel. Listening to biblical scholar Dr. Bill Creasy is a delight. He brings enthusiasm and humor to the stories, as well as a keen analytical sense. A natural performer, Dr. Creasy keeps his lecture improvisation and fun. Studying the Bible with this great teacher is a joyful experience.

bill writes more on the history than the theology or meaning of the bible but it is still very useful as it gives another view on God's word
