Frame is the first in a series, descripting the work of thousands of men over a decade who have learned how to create a positive male identity in a world that not only lacks it, but punishes it. This first volume describes the tetrahedron of frame, and how to use it to calm the chaos in a suboptimal life, and drive towards something better: self actualization.

Everything that thousands of men who started in dead bedrooms and lackluster relationships have learned and refined over the years, distilled into a single series of pro-man concepts. Dread is more than taking back your masculinity, but thriving in a society increasingly hostile towards men. Nothing gets soccer moms, feminists, and traditionally conservative wives angrier than watching men thrive in a way that may not necessarily benefit them (though it does if she's a value add to a relationship).

With this, you're able to watch other men make mistakes and overcome hardships so that you don't have to. It's a selection of case studies for the praxeology of the red pill. Some men take one step forward and two steps back. Some men feel stagnant for months, only to have the entirety of their world test them all in a weeks time. Some men never achieve anything notable; they are too invested in their egos their faith or their fear and not invested enough in their marriage. Words don’t make the man, he makes himself.
