Prosecutor of Metalhaven is book #2 of the Metal and Blood series, a cross between The Running Man and Star Wars: Andor. It’s a story of struggle and rebellion against the backdrop of a planet ruined by cataclysmic war. If you love dystopian, post-apocalyptic stories like Wool and Red Rising, coupled with the action and imagination of Star Wars, you’ll love it.

Finn has finally reached Haven and with his arrival the fires of rebellion have been stoked inside Zavetgrad. But his daring escape was not without cost and more heartbreak. Now he must strive to live up to his reputation as the “Hero of Metalhaven” and work with Haven’s leadership to inspire a revolution in all nine of Zavetgrad’s cruel work sectors. But Haven’s plan to bring down the Authority places Finn in a difficult position.

The Regents of Zavetgrad are the key to breaking the Authority’s grip over the city, but the pompous aristocrats keep themselves safely hidden in their sub-oceanic villas. Capturing them will be Finn’s toughest test yet. No-one in history has ever penetrated their underwater domain. Even before that daring mission can begin, Finn and the Metals must work to secure Metalhaven in the face of a vengeful enemy that has fortified its position. The possibility of a counterattack is real, and with a familiar face in charge of the Authority sector, Finn must watch his step–and his back.

The rebellion has suffered a heart-breaking setback, but Finn Brasa remains determined to crush the Authority once and for all. To achieve that, he must reach Nimbus, the space citadel in orbit where President Gideon Alexander Reznikov maintains ultimate power and control. Unfortunately, Spacehaven is still under Authority control, and dozens of titanic rockets are preparing for a mass evacuation, taking the last of Earth’s precious resources into orbit. Once the last rocket has departed, Zavetgrad faces nuclear annihilation.
