Joining up with the survivors as ice coated the planet, Dante must struggle to survive in a cold new world. But as they explore the tower and scavenge for supplies, they soon discover the weather isn’t the only problem. The expected bodies aren’t there...and something’s moving in the dark.

Dante was there when the sun disappeared. He led the survival of a group of office workers as storms ravaged the planet. Then, quiet fell, and they waited for rescue. When the military arrived, they discovered they weren't alone. After darkness fell, the office tower became infested with strange aliens resembling ancient mythological monsters. Now, the group of survivors have taken refuge in a hidden military bunker in the mountains.

Dante's fears have been confirmed. He is part of a massive conspiracy, a project that was made centuries before to create people who could use magic. Now, he's more monster than man to his peers. He stands twice the height of an average man, he can bend metal with his hands, and he's immune to the poisonous blood of the Naga.
