Battle Mage

Stealing from a mage was both the best and worst thing I had ever done. After being caught, I was named a criminal and sent to a prison known as the Jade Bastion. Located at the Edge of the World, this prison carries a secret. Those inmates who have magical abilities are trained in the most powerful magic known to the empire: battle magic. To survive, I will need to discover a secret I didn't know I possessed. I can become more powerful through bonding with the other beautiful, magically inclined inmates.

Our time of initiation at the Jade Bastion is coming to an end. After two more weeks of grueling training, we will be sent out beyond the walls and into the Wilderlands. There, we will face monsters unlike anything we’ve seen before.

After leaving the goblin civilization, my mission to find a dragon takes me further than most humans have ever gone. Thankfully, I am not alone, and my friends are all coming with me.

I have been separated by my companions, left far to the north of civilization. My quest is a simple one: Find a dragon and bond with it. However simple this quest may seem, it is exceedingly difficult. Not only that, but my companions have been called to the goblin city of Geriarc to do battle with the undead, led by shadowlords. All the while, evil festers in the Jade Bastion. First things first; I must tame a dragon, then I will deal with the undead scourge and the evil that has taken root in my new home.

Kraelkor's army of traitorous battle mages are preparing to bring him into the world of the living. If they succeed, the Jade Bastion will fall. The Bastion was once my prison, but now it's my home. It's where I met my friends and lovers, and where I first learned how to harness my magical abilities.

War has come to my world. Now that Kraelkor has been reborn in the world of the living, it is only a matter of time until I face him. I'm not ready yet. But if I can stop him before he reaches his full power, I might not need to be.

After graduating from the Jade Bastion as full-fledged battle mages, my women and I venture to the capital of the empire: Malamar. There, we will meet the emperor of the world. My suspicion is that Kraelkor has infiltrated the palace and the most powerful man in the empire.

After a decisive victory against the forces of Darkness, I made a terrible discovery. The capital of the Empire has fallen to Kraelkor, and his foul monsters and traitor mages dwarf us in number. With this knowledge, I must turn my sights across the seas to the strange realm known as Kanjen. There, I hope to find allies who will join me against Kraelkor and his evil multitudes.
