She hates to be delighted with a new case, as that always sounds macabre, … but it’s a new case, and that’s always exciting to her. Yet nothing is ever simple when Doreen gets into the mix. As she slowly unravels this new mystery, the case bends and twists in several different directions, with more deaths adding to the mess. She even gets blamed once or twice for causing extra work.
