Feelings, flavors, and colors – how do they connect? Sometimes, our feelings overwhelm us and we’re not sure what to do with them. Children experience very intense emotions, both positive and negative, and when they don’t know how to separate their hunger from their emotions, over time they can develop an unhealthy relationship with food.

Young children often struggle to regulate their feelings, and one of the main reasons is that they find it difficult to express themselves. This book teaches them that the best tools they have to convey their emotions are literally right at their fingertips! What does it mean when we raise our thumbs up high in the air? How can we use our pinky to communicate how we are feeling?

Our senses are truly amazing—sight, smell, hearing, touch, and taste constantly teach us about the things and people around us and guide us through the world. Feel-me wakes up one morning with the gift of sight—but what is this magical sense, and what can it teach him? Slowly, accompanied by animal friends he meets on the way, he begins to hear, smell, taste, and touch as well. Join him as he and his new friends embark on a joyful journey of discovery, making sense of their senses.
