I didn’t know I was a witch until a pair of cats started talking to me and I received an official summons to report to a training school for my supernatural abilities. That’s when I’m shipped off to a highly esteemed university for the supernatural, Moongrove Academy. I go to class alongside shifters, vampires, and other creatures straight from the paranormal books I love so much.

Athena wakes up in hell. Well...it’s an alien slave ship, but it might as well be hell because she only has three choices. Mate. Become a sex slave. Or be killed. Great options. Desperate for freedom, a chance for survival is presented in the handsome rogue alien called Xul. But Xul is caught up in problems of his own and a mission he cannot afford to let fail - one that could be easily compromised if he dared open his heart. That doesn't leave her with many options and it doesn't help that she finds him utterly frustrating.

I am a latent wolf shifter. Or so I thought. Then, life as I knew it changed in a flash - or more accurately, an electrocution. I’ve woken up in a strange place, surrounded by strange people who hate me. They’re in the middle of a war, and I look like I belong on the wrong side of it. If that’s not enough to qualify as a really bad day, I now have wings and a strange animal to figure out because it turns out that there’s not a damn latent thing about me.

When she’d left the gym to head home for a quiet night, the last thing she’d expected was to be abducted by aliens to then be thrown into a fight for life and survival aboard an alien slave ship. Now that chapter is over and there’s another obstacle in her way - surviving on a desert planet where everything lives to kill...all the while dealing with him...Yce. The alien she’s stuck with. He’s otherworldly, strange, and absolutely confusing. She hates him and the feeling seems to be mutual.

Just when I think things are starting to look up...I manage to get myself kidnapped. All I want to do is figure out how the hell to get home. But instead, I’ve been shot out of the sky, netted, half drowned, and now I’ve been taken to Kestrel City, home of the Avowed. The Hidden claim the Avowed are the enemy, but I’m about to learn nothing is ever just black and white. Well, except maybe for my gryphon. I need to keep Pigeon and her wandering eye on a tight leash. Which is a hell of a lot easier said than done.

When I first woke up in the land of the Gryphons, I had one goal: getting back home. I was so focused on figuring out how to leave that I got myself exiled from the Hidden, captured by the Avowed, and managed to claim not one, but three mates. Although I had no idea about that last one until it was too late. Oh right, and then, I almost died.
