Just below the diaphragm and the ribcage, above the navel, there is a nerve junction known as the solar plexus. The nerves of this plexus radiate out like the rays of the sun. This is the place where our thoughts, feelings, and emotions, as well as our sense of personal self and personal power, are generated and processed. This guided meditation helps heal and rebalance your solar plexus, connecting you with the true source of healthy self-esteem.

Connected to Your Inner Guidance is a guided meditation for strengthening intuition through opening the third eye. The third eye is an energy center associated with the pineal and pituitary glands in the brain. Its function is to access intuition, clarity, and insight, giving us the ability to see beyond what is physically present in the moment. The energy of the third allows us to access our inner guidance that comes from the depths of our being. It allows us to cut through illusion and access deeper truths, to see beyond the mind and words.

You have the tools needed to achieve wellbeing and vibrant health. Experience yourself as a body of sacred divine light, holding the information used by every cell to function optimally. Being often conditioned to feel we are never enough in some areas of our life, we often feel we have too much to do and too little time, which makes us become physically and emotionally stressed out. We often find our mind overthinking, overanalyzing how our past could have gone differently or worrying whether the future will go exactly as we plan it. And by doing this, we miss the only space where life actually happens: the present moment.

Enlightened spiritual masters of all times have talked about being fully present in the moment as a way to let go of the past. While being in a state of continuous aware presence is a beautiful and powerful idea, for many of us it is not easy to surrender to the present moment when overpowered by painful emotions originating from a challenging, hurtful past. The aim of this program is to help you on your healing journey by gently addressing and healing the root cause of your suffering related to the past.

We all have aspects of our lives that are effortless, and areas where we can’t seem to move forward. Strong emotions or events we experienced in the past often at a young age that we have forgotten or chosen to avoid have become unprocessed wounds, creating the so-called energy blocks. These energy blocks prevent us from living the life we deserve. The good news is that we have the tools needed to reclaim a harmonious flow of energy, to allow the frequencies of health and abundance to attract the life we have always wanted.

The Secret Within You: Healing the Heart is a guided meditation for dissolving painful emotions and past traumas, healing the inner child, soul forgiveness, deep self-acceptance, and opening to love.
