An evening of ACT prep turns deadly when two teenage girls become the target of a ruthless Mexican drug cartel. Detective Sam Waters responds to a call from a passerby that a body dressed like a ghost is hanging from an oak tree in a local park. Before Waters can begin uncovering the truth, his cell phone rings - it's the killer calling to promise that if he doesn't find him, the detective will be his final victim. As he races to stop the mysterious madman, more and more bodies are found hoisted up into trees all over the city.

Technology has become more of a way of life for everyone, especially gamers. Things that we know to be real and true are not necessarily real or true in the future. Our FBI and CIA are working against criminals with the money and background to fabricate the unbelievable and make it seem so real that they can fool anyone into believing what they see.
