Samantha’s boyfriend, Leo, is back in town and she’s ready for some alone time with him over the holidays. Three things are preventing Sam from getting her yuletide wish: 1. There’s a town hall proposition to kick Sam out of her apartment, citing her as a hazard to downtown. 2. Santa’s body is discovered in one of the giant presents downtown, proving Santa made it onto someone’s naughty list this year, not the other way around. 3. The murder at the Christmas market brings Wind River’s most profitable annual event and the following parade to a screeching halt.
