Sono appena iniziate le vacanze estive e Felice ha saputo che quest'anno non andrà al mare. Papà e mamma devono lavorare, perciò resterà a casa tutto il tempo. E dire che lui aveva così tanta voglia di fare il bagno che a Babbo Natale aveva chiesto proprio il mare! Invece quel burlone gli ha portato solo una maschera da sub, che lui ora indossa sempre. Ma che cosa si può fare, quando non si va al mare? Con l'aiuto di uno zio viaggiatore, una sorellina con la "ciancica" e tanti amici, Felice ha forse trovato la soluzione: il mare se lo porterà a casa!
