There are 14 cities in the US designated as C40 cities at this point and using the pages from the C40's blueprint guide itself, Karen shows and explains why she calls these prison cities. It's worth learning about so that you can find the things to resist and you will be able to spot these plans as they trickle into every aspect of how we live; afterall, these plans never happen overnight but they are being set up.

She tours, writes music, speaks at agriculture events and has a new podcast called The Real Rural which highlights farmers and provides much needed schooling on what is happening with our farms today.
