    So before you judge, criticize, diminish, or compare your life to others, consider that you are an amazing creature destined for greatness.

    Food as fat, break down the body’s health, and it also breaks down in areas of your life, which means it’s harder to break the unhealthy stuck patterns with traditional methods.

    When you give yourself permission to tap into the innate wisdom of the body, you can heal, transform, and release lifetimes of stuck trauma.

    You do not have to be defined by your past, and you can find any way to freedom.
