I another take a look at the book The Verbally Abusive Relationship. This week I talk about the different kinds of abuse. Also, I talk about what we all have a right to in a relationship. Introduction to self-talk.

In this episode, I discuss The Verbally abusive Relationship book. This book I feel should be read by everyone who is in or will be in a relationship. In the book, Patricia Evans explands the thinking of a person who might be abusing. She defines the different reality partners might be living in. She introduces the concept of personal power. A way of thinking that brings relation closer.

First, I talk about what to do if you identify with Borderline traits. Then I talk more about object permeance's effect on our relationships. Sharing my experiences.

I introduce the concept of Mindfulness and core values.

Never receiving validation from a parent has a huge impact on how we view ourselves throughout life, it did mine. I talk about my dirty little secret. How I felt like the dirty little secret of my dad. Though in reality, the dirty little secret was his. I’m learning on my path to recovery, what emotional responsibility is truly mine. And what emotional responsibility is others. I also talk little about my disability ADCY5. There are a couple tips and tricks I use in my recovery.
