We’re taking a little trip back to the very first episode of Beauty Unfiltered!
I sat down with my best friend for a wonderful two-part conversation about beauty, how it’s been sold to us, and how those expectations have affected our self-worth.
We talked about the pressure to look a certain way, show up in the world a certain way, and live up to standards we never created for ourselves in the first place.
Listening back, I was reminded of just how relevant this conversation still is, especially as we continue to question the things we’ve been taught to believe about ourselves.
I’m also sharing a little update on my self-publishing adventure and what’s coming next for Think Piece.
