  • 10 Out of 10. | S1:E10
    Jul 30 2026

    10 out of 10.

    That's a score. A standard. And on this episode — a milestone.

Over 80% of podcasts never make it to Episode 10. 44% are gone before Episode 3. Out of 4 million+ podcasts in existence, fewer than 156,000 have ever published ten or more episodes. That's less than 4% of everything that's ever tried.

Episode 10 of The World Famous Say Less Podcast isn't just a number. It's proof.

We didn't just make it here — we rebuilt to get here right. After nine episodes, we scrapped the entire production and started over. New format, new workflow, new everything. We did it while managing multiple other projects simultaneously. We did it while figuring out podcasting in real time with no blueprint. And we did it while navigating major personal life shifts that would have stopped most people cold.

    We didn't stop. We rebuilt.

That's what a 10 out of 10 effort looks like.

In this episode we break down:

Why excellence in effort matters more than excellence in outcome — and what the difference actually is.

The relationship between preparation, effort, and confidence — both conscious and subconscious — and why the work you put in now is filing answers in your nervous system before the moment ever arrives.

The Pareto Principle applied to effort — why most people give 10 out of 10 to the wrong things and 5 out of 10 to the ones that compound.

And why reaching Episode 10 puts this show in the top 4% of all podcasts that have ever existed — and what that means for where we're headed.

In our opinion? Say Less is a 10 out of 10. And if you want to give us extra credit — we will absolutely accept it.

  • S1:E9 - Useless or Useful? Get Used to Winning.
    Jul 20 2026

    Are you useless... or useful?

That's not an insult. That's an audit.

In Episode 9 of The World Famous Say Less Podcast, we start with a question most people aren't willing to sit with: if nobody's calling on you, drawing on your gifts, or putting your skills to work — is it because you're being overlooked? Or is it because somewhere along the way, you became less useful?

Because those require very different solutions.

From there, we break down one of the most misunderstood words in the language:

Used isn't the problem. Abused is. "Used" means you're valuable enough to draw on. It means you bring something worth calling on. The real threat is abuse — when use becomes exploitation. Most people have been warned against the wrong word their whole lives.

If you're not being used, it might be time to ask what happened to your usefulness — not your boundaries.

Then we go deeper into the frequency layer: your nervous system doesn't know the difference between what you deserve and what you're used to. Which means if you're conditioned to expect struggle, struggle becomes your baseline. And if you get used to winning — really used to it — your system starts broadcasting that frequency into everything you attract.

You don't attract what you want. You attract what you're wired for.

    This episode is about rewiring.

Stay useful. Get used. And get used to winning.

  • S1:E8 -"Life Exists... To Be Continued."
    Jun 20 2026

Life exists... to be continued. That's not just a phrase — it's the framework for this entire episode. In Episode 8 of The World Famous Say Less Podcast, we get into one of the most grounding ideas we've explored this season: your life's meaning isn't a destination you haven't reached yet. It's the ongoing act of continuing toward it. We break down three core claims: 1. Life's meaning is continuation — not a summit, not a single defining moment. It's the flow. The river doesn't justify itself by any one drop. It justifies itself by moving. 2. Your existence signals unfinished purpose — if you're still here, your work isn't done. Obstacles aren't verdicts on your worth. They're the raw material purpose reshapes itself from. 3. Effort and consistency over outcome — outcomes are influenced by things you can't control. What you can control is showing up. The habit of continuing is what builds lasting momentum. We also take a moment to be transparent with the Say Less community about what's been happening behind the scenes — projects outside of daily company activities, milestones in progress, and the real work of finishing what we've started. This episode is for anyone who's questioned whether it's worth it to keep going. It is. Life exists... to be continued. — The World Famous Say Less Podcast | Season 1, Episode 8 say1ess.com | Rooted in productivity and excellence.
