Give a Shit Metrics

Steve and Andrew have started a great series and begin unpicking some of the challenges, pragmatically and with humour. like adding the "Give a Shit" measure or Flow Metric...awesome...and I like that they have talked about Value Streams as not next gen DevOps. Looking forward to more episodes of high quality content around the modern version/application of VSM in the cyber physical age. Rich Harris
