Not that anybody asked but this week we put on the party hats and fired Gonzo out of a cannon because we’re figuring out our Top 3 Films We Would Add The Muppets To, again. Six years in and we are celebrating the only way we know how, by going back to an old topic and pretending we have new ideas. Which movies would be improved by a bit more felt and a lot more chaos? Not that anybody asked but this week we dropped the needle and turned it up to eleven because we're figuring out our Top 3 Needle Drops That Worked Surprisingly Well. Sometimes a director takes a song you've heard a thousand times, sticks it over a scene it has absolutely no business being in, and it becomes impossible to hear it any other way. Which unexpected soundtrack choices turned out to be pure genius? Which ones made a cheerful pop hit deeply sinister, or a fight scene weirdly emotional? What will make our final Top 3 list this week? Expect whipping your tonsils out for someone, the nunchuck of knives and the extent of our NIN knowledge.
