This week we cover the Formula 1 race in Baku, where the wheels literally and figuratively came off for Antonelli, but could Russell actually capitalize this time? Kimi wasn’t the only one to mess up as Pirelli apparently replaced the soft tyres with hards and Colapinto decided to create a diplomatic incident. In F2, Rodin finally got their car setup right as Dunne and Stenshorne shut out the front row in both feature races. While, in the championship battle, Dunne and Tsolov fought their toughest opponent; not Câmara, but the pit entry line.

This week the review and recap the 2026 Indycar season. Looking back, we can see a few phrases kept cropping up: “Malukas comes second again”, “Rahal’s somehow in third again”, “Sting Ray’s in the way again”, and “how has Palou got away with it again”. Despite not being quite as dominant as last year and making a few more mistakes than last year, Palou just kept extending his lead as his rivals would step up one week and fall away the next. We try to say something about each race, before rating each driver’s season as good, bad, or mid, which was sometimes difficult as we had completely forgotten a few drivers were even in the series this year.

This week we cover the F1 Spanish GP taking place at the new Madring circuit, which somehow managed to make the, usually fun and chaotic, F2 and F3 races boring. In the absence of any actual on-track overtaking, we search for what entertainment we can find in a processional race. We do discover Emma’s true calling in life though, which is telling George Russell and Zak Brown to shut up. The new track does mix up the order in F2 as Hitech and DAMS are surprisingly fast, while both championship contenders, Camara and Tsolev, struggle to win points. We also check in on the final standings in F3 and FREC.
