Ryan and Hannah’s story is one of faithful obedience in the everyday places God has already given them. What began as a simple love for basketball has become a living mission field, where coaching is about forming not just better athletes, but men rooted in their identity as children of God. By opening their home, table, and lives, they have created a place where young men are known, loved, and discipled, many encountering Christ for the first time and carrying the Gospel into their own communities. This legacy of radical hospitality, modeled by both of their families, now shapes the way they raise their own children and steward every space they’ve been given. Through ordinary rhythms of practices, meals, and relationships, Ryan and Hannah live with open hands, trusting that God will use it all, and through their simple yes, the Kingdom of Heaven is breaking in and multiplying far beyond what they can see.

What does it mean to be called into ministry, equipped for the work, and sent to multiply the mission of the church? Join us as Steve and Heather Leston share their journey into ministry, the vision behind Crossroads’ Equip Lab, and their passion for raising up and sending faithful leaders. Then, we turn to Romans 4 to explore the heart of the gospel: justification by faith. Through the example of Abraham, we consider why salvation is a gift rather than a paycheck, what it means to trust God when his promises seem impossible, and how Jesus’ death and resurrection secure our standing before God.

Dr. Stephen Leston is the newest addition to Crossroads Staff and will be serving as Director of Pastoral Training & Church Planting.

At 90 years old, Sue Hasper is still passionately building the Kingdom of God—one memorized Scripture and one woman at a time. Join Libby, Hannah VanderVelde, and Erin Graham as they sit down with Sue to hear how a lifetime of hiding God’s Word in her heart has fueled her passion for discipleship and advancing His Kingdom. Sue’s story is a powerful reminder that there is no retirement from Kingdom work and that a life rooted in God’s Word can bear fruit for generations.
