• What’s Your Biggest Struggle Right Now?
    May 29 2026

What’s your biggest struggle right now?

In this episode of Life During and After GLP-1, I’m opening up the conversation and asking you to reflect on where you currently are in the process.

Because when you really step back and think about it, GLP-1 medications can impact so much more than just the scale.

    Your body changes.

    Your routines change.

    Your relationship with food changes.

    Your identity can change.

Even the way you emotionally process life can start to shift.

That is a lot for one person to navigate all at once.

In this episode, I talk about why these conversations around body image, body noise, identity, emotional eating, coping mechanisms, and long-term lifestyle change matter so much. I also share why I shifted this podcast into a daily format and why I believe these conversations need more depth, context, and honesty than what’s often presented in the fitness space.

This episode is shorter and more reflective, but the message is important.

I want to hear from you.

What are you struggling with right now?

    What is going well?

What changes are you noticing physically, mentally, or emotionally?

Because sustainable change is not just about actions. It is also about understanding yourself throughout the process.

  • Mourning the Version of You That Used Food to Cope
    May 28 2026

Food noise getting quieter can bring relief. But for some people, it can also uncover emotions they never expected to feel.

In this episode of Life During and After GLP-1, I’m talking about the emotional side of food noise, emotional eating, and what happens when a coping mechanism that has been part of your life for years suddenly changes.

Are you mourning the way you used to eat?

Are you unpacking old habits without even realizing it?

What happens when food no longer has the same emotional pull it once did?

We dive into the way the fitness industry has traditionally framed emotional eating, why simply telling yourself “food is fuel” often does not solve the deeper issue, and why working through your emotions matters so much during major lifestyle and body changes.

    I also talk about:

    • The emotional void some people experience on GLP-1 medications

    • Why body image and identity can feel disconnected during weight loss

    • The importance of self-awareness during long-term change

    • Why emotional processing is a sign of strength, not weakness

    • How therapy, reflection, and patience can support long-term sustainability

This episode is about understanding the soft stuff underneath the actions. Because lasting change is not just physical. It is mental, emotional, and deeply personal too.

  • Are Weight Loss Medications Becoming Part of Supplement Culture?
    May 27 2026

In this episode of Life During and After GLP-1, I’m talking about the future of weight loss medication, specifically the growing conversation around GLP-1 medications becoming available in pill form and what that could mean for the fitness industry, supplement culture, and the way people approach weight management.

As these medications become more mainstream and easier to access, there’s a bigger conversation that needs to happen around how they’re being viewed and used.

Will they become just another part of someone’s supplement stack? How will they intersect with biohacking culture, wearable technology, optimization trends, peptides, protein obsession, and the constant pressure to “maximize” results?

This episode is less about giving answers and more about encouraging awareness and thoughtful conversations.

I talk about why working with your doctor matters so much, why there is already an overwhelming amount of noise in the fitness industry, and why building a forever active lifestyle has to go beyond chasing optimization at all costs.

I also discuss the importance of building a lifestyle around your preferences, enjoying food without constant mental tug of war, and creating habits you actually want to maintain long term.

  • Why Men Struggle to Talk About GLP-1 Weight Loss
    May 26 2026

In this episode of Life During and After GLP-1, I’m speaking directly to the men navigating weight loss medication, body image, identity shifts, and the emotional side of trying to improve their health.

There’s a lot of messaging aimed at men around discipline, grit, toughness, pushing through, and tying self-worth to being ultra fit or constantly hustling.

Because of that, many men can end up feeling conflicted about using a GLP-1, even if it’s helping them improve their health and quality of life.

I talk about why asking for help is not weakness, why choosing a path with your doctor is actually a sign of self-awareness and strength, and how the mental and emotional side of weight loss deserves just as much attention as the physical side.

This episode also connects heavily to conversations around body image, vulnerability, self-worth, and emotional health for men.

I also share more about The Men’s Mental Health Series podcast, where I’ve spent years having conversations with men about emotions, vulnerability, body image, identity, and mental health.

  • You've Lost The Weight, Now What?
    May 25 2026

What does your normal day actually look like during and after GLP-1?

That’s the question we’re diving into in this episode, because no matter where you are in the process, starting, in the middle, or coming off, you still have to navigate your life.

One of the biggest challenges people run into is this. If weight loss has always been the goal, what happens when the weight is coming off? What’s the new driver? What’s the incentive to keep showing up?

This is where the shift happens.

In this episode, we talk about redefining how you see yourself, not just as someone trying to lose weight, but as someone who is building a lifestyle. Because the way you see yourself drives everything. Your habits, your actions, your consistency.

We also break down the difference between what’s being driven by the medication and what’s being driven by your own choices. Both exist, and learning how to navigate that is key.

This isn’t about doing things perfectly. It’s about building something you can actually live with long term. Appreciating where you are, and then deciding how you want to show up moving forward.

  • Navigating the Mental Tug of War During Long-Term GLP-1 Weight Loss
    May 24 2026

In this episode of Life During and After GLP-1, I’m talking directly to those of you who have already been on a GLP-1 for a while and have experienced significant weight loss, especially those who have lost 80, 100, 150 pounds or more and still feel like you have more weight to lose.

I don’t think enough people are talking about the unique challenges that come with being in this “in-between” phase.

You’ve already changed your life in major ways, but you’re also trying to figure out what happens next.

Do you keep pushing forward? Slow down? Take a break? Focus on maintenance? Reassess your goals completely?

This stage of the journey can feel emotionally complicated because you’re balancing success, uncertainty, identity shifts, future goals, and the fear of losing the progress you’ve already made.

In this episode, I talk about the mental tug of war that can happen during long-term weight loss, why “just keep doing the same thing” is not always the full answer, and why checking in with yourself beyond the scale matters so much.

You deserve to build a forever active lifestyle that supports both your physical and emotional well-being long term.

  • The Relationship Conversations Nobody Talks About After Weight Loss
    May 23 2026

How has your weight loss impacted the relationships in your life?

In this episode of Life During and After GLP-1, I’m talking about one of the most overlooked parts of weight loss and weight management, the impact it can have on your relationships, identity, confidence, and communication with the people closest to you.

When your body changes, your routines change, and your confidence shifts, relationships can shift too.

That can show up in a lot of ways. Support, misunderstanding, insecurity, jealousy, deeper connection, distance, or simply trying to figure out how to navigate a new version of yourself while staying connected to the people around you.

This episode is not about giving relationship advice. It’s about encouraging honest conversations.

I talk about why communication matters so much during periods of personal change, why identity shifts can feel emotionally complicated for everyone involved, and why these conversations often need to happen continuously instead of just once.

If your weight loss journey has changed the way you see yourself or the way your relationships feel, you are not alone in that experience.

  • The Conversation Every GLP-1 User Needs to Have With Their Doctor
    May 22 2026

In this episode of Life During and After GLP-1, I’m asking an important question that more people need to honestly explore with themselves and their doctor:

    Are you restricting too much?

For many people, GLP-1 medications have helped quiet food noise and create changes that once felt impossible. But there’s also an important conversation that needs to happen around nourishment, restriction, and whether the pursuit of weight loss has started to swing too far in the other direction.

This episode is a reminder to check in with yourself honestly and compassionately.

I talk about the importance of having open conversations with your doctor, paying attention to your eating patterns and behaviors, and recognizing when things may no longer feel balanced or supportive to your overall well-being.

Your health matters beyond the number on the scale.

If you’ve been questioning your relationship with food, restriction, exercise, or your body while using a GLP-1, this episode is meant to encourage reflection and self-awareness, not judgment.

Please take care of yourself through this process.
