Join host Sue Rose Minahan as she welcomes from England the Astrologer Joli Knott to expand on understanding the impactful “29° Nodal Churning Rod”

Since July 26, the South and North Node have been locked at the anarectic 29th degree—a rare 11-week alignment lasting until October 9 due to their slowed movement during eclipse season. This critical degree embodies the culmination of each sign's archetype. Operating as a single axis, the nodes act like a churning rod to recalibrate strengths, weaknesses, and polarities. The Aquarius North Node invites us to find our community and share creative leadership for the collective good. As the nodes station at this completion point, what might the universe be asking of us, and how might we answer the call?

What is the Equinox: Since antiquity, humanity celebrates the turning of the seasons with the two Equinoxes connecting the Sun, Moon and nature’s seasonal cycles. Equinox literally means the ‘EQUAL NIGHT” when day and night experience about the same length of time. The Sun shifts between the hemispheres to reach its highest point in the sky positioned directly above the celestial equator around March 20 and September 22.

The Seed Chart: The Fall Equinox chart becomes a powerful seed chart, unveiling profound resonating themes. Through the unique lens of Vibrational Astrology, we explore the intricate core patterns influencing our collective journey initiated this Spring Equinox.

About Vibrational Astrology (VA): VA works with an ‘evidence-based’ system of researching 1000’s of charts to perceive deep energetic vibrational frequency behavior patterns within but far beyond the basic natal chart.

Join Talk Cosmos, Sunday 13 September 2026, 1–2 p.m. PDT as we explore the “Virgo Aries Moon Phases” between the Fall Equinox shifting our seasons.

The Virgo New Moon at 18°25’ on September 10 mentally juggles deeply emotional choices. Mercury steps up to work out balancing commitments, seeking to empower ourselves through building self-worth. This healing unfolds through community networking, exchanging purposeful visions and transforming them into resourceful connections.

On September 26 the 03°37’ Aries Full Moon ruler, Mars, responds to Mercury’s call to action by choosing a study program that envisions renewed plans. Operating cautiously allows time to process deep emotional values, truly connecting in relationships that transform both us and others.

The Essence of the Luminary

The Moon regulates how the past—reflected through the Sun’s light—flows into the present. Every lunar cycle supports an evolving life story as we navigate shifting emotional energies and find new meanings of our life story. Each month offers the energetic input needed to grow, heal, and develop in mind, body, heart, and spirit. Eclipses intensify these dynamics, bringing our focus to pivotal changing factors in our lives.
