It's been a huge day for Supreme Court decisions in the US - but is Trump a winner or a loser in the courtroom?

Mark and David break down the major rulings from Monday, including the court's refusal to hear Trump's appeal in the E. Jean Carroll case, leaving in place the civil verdict that found him liable for sexually abusing and defaming the writer.

They also discuss the defeat for Trump on mail-in ballots, and last week's immigration decision allowing the administration to strip temporary protected status from many Haitian and Syrian migrants.

And with the Supreme Court's final day of the term still to come, they look ahead to further big decisions - including birthright citizenship - and explain why so many significant rulings land at once.
