In this episode, Heath and Josh sit down with Cody, the founder of Snip and Tip, a nonprofit dedicated to trapping, spaying or neutering, and returning feral cats to help control overpopulation in a humane way.

Cody shares how everything began with just a few stray cats living around a local gas station. What started as simply putting out food and wanting to help quickly turned into learning about trap-neuter-return and taking action. As word spread, more people began reaching out for help, and the small effort grew into a full-fledged organization.

Today, Snip and Tip spays and neuters around 3,000 cats each year. The episode highlights how one person’s decision to help a handful of cats turned into a mission that’s making a huge impact in the community.

In this episode, hosts Heath and Josh sit down with up-and-coming EDM/house music artist Jacob Corley, better known as JacObAllTrades, for a laid-back but inspiring conversation about finding your lane and going all in on it.

Jacob takes it all the way back to the beginning, sharing how his love for music started at a young age and naturally evolved into DJing parties and events. What began as a passion project quickly turned into something bigger as he sharpened his sound and started putting his music out into the world.

The conversation really picks up when Jacob explains how uploading his tracks online opened unexpected doors. From there, things moved fast, and his career began gaining serious momentum.

Heath, Josh, and Jacob wrap things up by talking about what’s next: new music, bigger opportunities, and the excitement of seeing where this rapid rise will lead. It’s an episode full of hustle, creativity, and proof that putting your work out there can change everything. 🎶🔥

  • Episode 137: Healing Doesn’t Always Happen in a Hospital With Jennifer Goode Windland
    Feb 2 2026

Make sure to send us text message with any questions or comments!

In this episode, hosts Heath and Josh sit down with their longtime friend Jennifer Windland for a candid, funny, and surprisingly grounding conversation about life on both sides of the healthcare world.

Jennifer is a registered nurse with 19 years of ER experience, and she does not hold back. She shares wild, emotional, and sometimes jaw-dropping stories from the emergency room—moments that are chaotic, heartbreaking, hilarious, and deeply human. Heath and Josh react in real time, asking the questions everyone’s thinking and laughing along while also acknowledging the heavy toll that kind of work can take.

From there, the conversation shifts into Jennifer’s turning point. After nearly two decades in a high-stress ER environment, she made the bold decision to step away from nursing and pursue a path focused on healing in a different way—becoming a yoga instructor. She talks openly about burnout, the need for balance, and how yoga helped her reconnect with herself while still serving others.

Jennifer also dives into her new venture as a health coach, explaining what that role looks like day to day. She discusses how she helps clients build sustainable habits around movement, stress management, mindset, and overall wellness—using both her medical background and her holistic training to support people in a more personalized, preventative way.

The episode is equal parts ER war stories, personal transformation, and practical wellness insight, with plenty of laughs and real talk along the way. It’s a conversation about listening to your body, redefining success, and finding healthier ways to help others—without losing yourself in the process.
