It's one of the most common questions I hear from entrepreneurs who are tired of constantly creating content and wondering if podcasting could become their primary marketing strategy.

In this episode, I'm diving into the debate of podcast vs social media marketing and sharing my honest take on whether you can grow a business without showing up on social media every day. We'll talk about why long-form content marketing is such a powerful business asset, how podcasts fit into a sustainable podcast marketing strategy, and why I believe evergreen content is one of the smartest investments you can make for long-term business growth.

If you're considering starting a podcast, looking for a better content strategy, or wondering how to use podcast content repurposing to make marketing easier, this episode will help you build a more sustainable approach.

Combined with SEO, blogging, email marketing, and strategic content repurposing, podcasting can become one of the most valuable pieces of your overall marketing strategy.

In this episode, I explain why I believe podcasts are one of the best tools for creating sustainable visibility and attracting the right audience over time.

  • 50. How to Structure Your Podcast to Grow Your Business and Get Clients
    Feb 13 2026

If you’re wondering how to structure your podcast so it actually grows your business (and not just sits there as “content”), this episode is for you. I’m breaking down exactly how I approach podcast strategy—from positioning to episode structure to turning your podcast into a full marketing system—so you can start seeing real results.

In this episode, I’m answering a question I get all the time: how do I set up my podcast so it actually helps me grow my business and make money?

I walk you through the exact framework I use with my clients and in my own podcasts, starting with the most important piece—your positioning. We talk about why narrowing down to one specific problem is the key to attracting the right people and getting real traction.

Then I break down how to structure your podcast episodes so they actually convert listeners into clients. I share the flow I use in every episode—from presenting the problem, validating your listener, and shifting beliefs through storytelling, all the way to confidently talking about your offer and giving a clear call to action.

I also dive into something most people miss: aligning your podcast content with your offer. Because if your content and your offer don’t match, your podcast won’t convert—no matter how good it is.

And finally, I talk about how to turn your podcast into the core of your marketing system—so you’re not constantly creating content from scratch and your podcast actually starts saving you time, energy, and effort while growing your business.

If you’ve ever felt like your podcast is a lot of work without a clear return, this episode will shift everything for you. I’m showing you how to make your podcast intentional, strategic, and actually profitable—without adding more to your plate.

  • 49. How to Stay Consistent With Your Podcast When You’re Not Seeing Results
    Feb 6 2026

If you’re showing up consistently with your podcast — recording, publishing, doing “all the things” — and you’re still not seeing results, I want you to know something first: you’re not broken, and you’re not alone. This episode came from one of the most real questions I get inside my School community and on TikTok: How do I stay consistent when nothing seems to be working?

I know how discouraging it can feel to pour time, energy, and heart into a podcast and not see downloads grow, clients come in, or feedback roll your way. Starting a podcast requires visibility, vulnerability, and commitment, and when the results don’t show up quickly, it can make you want to quit. I get it — truly.

Here’s the truth though: consistency alone is not enough, but it is the baseline. If you’re not consistently publishing — whether that’s weekly, biweekly, or monthly — you don’t yet have the data you need to understand what’s working and what’s not. Once consistency is locked in, that’s when strategy and tracking come into play.

In this episode, I walk you through how to stay consistent without burning out by shifting how you define “results.” Podcasting is a long game, and results don’t come from guessing — they come from observing, testing, and refining. That means paying attention to things like consumption rates, positioning, clarity in your messaging, and whether your call to action is actually clear and compelling.

We talk about why your content might not be landing, how being positioned in front of the wrong audience can make great content feel ineffective, and why not talking clearly about what you sell is one of the biggest mistakes podcasters make. I also explain why testing one variable at a time — over a full 90-day window — is how you actually get answers instead of spinning your wheels.

Most importantly, I want you to understand this: podcasting is a marketing system, not a quick win. When done right, it becomes a long-term, sustainable engine that works for your business even when you step away from social media. That’s why learning how to stay consistent — while adjusting your strategy — is what leads to real ROI.

If you’re feeling discouraged, this episode is here to ground you, calm your nervous system, and remind you why staying in the game matters. Pair consistency with strategy, track the right data, make informed tweaks, and keep going. This is how podcasts that pay are built.

If you want help breaking this down inside your own podcast, come hang out with me inside my School community. You can grab the free trial, ask your questions, and get real feedback — and who knows, your question might be the next episode.
