Carli does the work and sets out a spread for the Cocktails and Carry-ons crew. Carli, Greg, and Diana compare the number of times they’ve been to Paris and debate whether or not Paris in Las Vegas counts as a half. Carli whips up a French Martini with a very royal-looking bottle of Chambord. Diana shares an alternative to the Eiffel Tower for a stunning city view, and we talk about the importance of “pee money”.
French Martini
Ingredients
- 2 oz vodka
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- .5 oz Chambord
- Fresh raspberries or lemon twists (optional)
Preparation
- Add the vodka, Chambord, and pineapple juice to an ice-filled cocktail shaker.
- Shake vigorously for about 15 to 30 seconds until the shaker is frost-cold and a nice foam forms.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass or coupe glass.
- Garnish with a fresh raspberry or lemon twist.
