    On this weeks podcast me and jake chat about what we have been up to, our highs and lows of the week. We also look into what has happened this week in sport which was a massive one with Josh Kerr breaking El Guerrouj 26 year old world record. The insane watts per kg numbers Tadej Pogacar is producing and can he be beaten and also look at a domination performance by Martin Van Riel at Ironman Lake Placid where he almost lead from gun to tape, smashed the course record and has put himself out there as one of the favourites for Kona!

  • My peak years, and why I retired!

    In this episode I tell the story of my peak years in triathlon, my Ironman wins from 2019 onwards, the injuries I sustained, the 12 hour tt record, and my 2022 season where I won 2 Ironmans, took part in the Sub 7 project and finished 5th I kona. I also go into detail my final years in triathlon and ultimately why I decided to retire and also what the future holds for me!
