Eloise Schultz is a law and politics student at the University of Leicester, and Founder of the university's new Women in Sport Society, in conversation with Faye McGinty and Jane Sullivan.

Eloise draws on her own experience in contact sports, including kickboxing and ice hockey, to explain her views on fairness and safety in mixed-sex sport, and traces her path to gender critical advocacy.

Eloise covers the society's launch and its core goals including establishing a women-only ‘Women's Hour’ at university leisure centres.

Eloise also explains the fight she faced from the university’s student union, which vehemently opposed her female-only Society - including an initial rejection, a successful appeal, and public criticism from the Union's Trans and Non-Binary Officer - and how she's been successfully rebuilding her committee since.
